OZT AI Consulting LLC — Privacy Policy
What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.
- We use your information to contact you about the free review you asked for, and about our services.
- We do not sell your information. Not to data brokers, not to partners, not to anyone. Our ad-measurement pixels do pass limited browsing data to LinkedIn and Google so we can see which ads work — Section 11 explains that and how to opt out.
- Your business is never named in anything we publish. When we cite what we find across audits, the numbers are anonymous and aggregated.
- You can leave at any time. One email to us and we stop contacting you, delete your record, or both.

Section 01Who we are
OZT AI Consulting LLC ("OZT", "we", "us") is a marketing and AI consultancy based in Orlando, Florida. We help local businesses find where the customers who already wanted them gave up, and close that gap.
This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us — whether you fill out a form in one of our LinkedIn ads, submit a form on our website, email us, or speak with us on a call.
We are the party responsible for the information described here. If you have a question about any of it, Section 16 tells you how to reach a person.
Section 02Information we collect
We deliberately collect very little. From our LinkedIn lead form, that is:
| What | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| First and last name | So we know who we are writing to |
| Email address | So we can reply and send what we find |
| Company name | So we know which business to review |
| Company website | So we can actually run the review |
If you later become a client, or if you email or call us, we will also hold the ordinary business information that comes with that — your phone number, your role, notes from our conversations, and records of the work we do for you.
Calls and meetings. We record and transcribe calls and video meetings using an AI notetaker (Google Gemini) and, where relevant, Zoom. Florida law requires the consent of everyone on a call, so we will ask for your consent before recording starts and we will not record if you decline. We use recordings and transcripts for client communication, business review, safety and training purposes, and they are held under the same rules as everything else in this policy.
Website chat. Our site has a chat assistant. If you give it your name, email or business details, we treat that the same as a form submission under this policy.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your date of birth, your health information, your financial account numbers, or any other sensitive category of personal data. Please do not send it to us. We do not collect payment card details through any form on our site or in our ads.
Section 03Where we get it
- Directly from you — our LinkedIn lead form, forms and the chat assistant on our website, our booking page, email, phone, or a meeting.
- From LinkedIn, when you submit one of our lead forms. LinkedIn pre-fills the form from your own profile and passes us the fields listed in Section 2. LinkedIn's own handling of your data is governed by LinkedIn's Privacy Policy, not this one.
- From public sources, when we research a business before contacting it — a company website, a Google Business Profile, a public ad library, a public review page. This is business information that is already published, and we record it so our outreach is relevant rather than generic.
- From your website and public listings, when we run the free review you requested. The review involves us looking at your public site, listings and ads and noting what we find.
Section 04Why we use it
We use the information for our own business purposes only. Specifically:
- To reply to you and schedule the free review you requested.
- To carry out that review and send you what we found.
- To follow up afterwards, and to answer questions you raise.
- To tell you about our services, offers and occasional news that we think is relevant to your business — see Section 5.
- To deliver and support our services if you become a client, including invoicing and record-keeping.
- To keep our own records accurate, to improve how we work, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
AI tools. We are an AI consultancy and we use AI tools in our own work — for example to help draft a review, summarise notes or organise records. When we do, your information may be processed by the AI providers listed in Section 6, under contracts that prohibit them from using it to train their models or for any purpose of their own.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Section 05Emails and your consent
When you submit one of our forms, you are asking us to get in touch — so we will. That first reply, and the review itself, are us doing the thing you requested.
Separately, our forms offer you a box you can tick to say we may also send you follow-ups, marketing and educational material, service updates, and special offers. Ticking that box is optional and it is never pre-ticked. You will still get your free review either way, and we will treat the answer you give us as your standing instruction.
Businesses we approach first. Occasionally we send a one-time introduction to a business we have researched from public sources (Section 3), where we think we can help. If you tell us you are not interested, we stop. We will not add you to a recurring marketing list without your consent.
Stopping is always one step. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works. You can also simply reply to any email from us, or write to info@oztaiconsulting.com, and ask us to stop. We will action it promptly and we will not ask you to justify it.
Email tracking. Our email platform records whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. We use this to understand what is useful and to avoid chasing people who are not interested. You can block this by disabling image loading in your email client.
We do not send text messages or automated marketing calls to numbers collected through these forms.
Section 06Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers, list builders, advertisers or partners for their own marketing.
We do share it with a small number of service providers who run the software our business sits on. They may only use it to provide that service to us, and they may not use it for their own purposes:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Our CRM — where your record and our correspondence live, and the platform that sends our emails |
| Hosts the ad and lead form you submitted, and measures our ads | |
| Google Workspace | Our email, calendar and document storage |
| Google Analytics and Google Ads | Measure which of our ads and pages produced an enquiry (see Section 11) |
| ClickUp and Smartsheet | Project and task records for client work |
| Our invoicing provider | Invoicing and payment processing for clients |
| Google Gemini | AI notetaker that records and transcribes calls (see Section 2) |
| Zoom | Video meetings and, with your consent, recordings |
| Our booking and website-chat providers | Run the "Book a free review" booking page and the chat assistant on our site |
| Anthropic | AI tools that assist with drafting, summarising and organising our work, as described in Section 4 |
We may also use similar providers for hosting, scheduling, video meetings, transcription and analytics. Any provider we use is bound by the same rule: your data, our purposes only.
Beyond that, we will only disclose information where the law requires it — a valid legal request, a subpoena, or where we must to protect our rights, our safety or someone else's. If our business is ever sold or merged, records may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy or give you notice before changing it.
Section 07Anonymous, aggregated findings
We publish statistics drawn from the reviews we run — for example, "three out of four businesses we audited were running ads with no conversion tracking."
These figures are always anonymous and always aggregated. We do not name the business, identify it by description, or publish anything that would let a reader work out who it was. If we ever want to use your name, your results or a quotation from you in our marketing, we will ask you first and you are free to say no.
Section 08How long we keep it
We keep prospect records for as long as there is a realistic prospect of working together, and we review them periodically. Where a record has gone cold and you have not engaged with us, we remove it.
Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as we need them for our contractual, accounting, tax and legal obligations — generally seven years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Section 09How we protect it
Your information is held in established business platforms that maintain their own security programmes, accessed over encrypted connections, and reachable only by the people at OZT who need it to do their job. Our accounts on those platforms are protected with strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication.
We are a small firm and we will be straight with you: no system anywhere is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a determined attack on us or on one of our providers could never succeed. What we can commit to is that we hold as little of your information as the work allows, and that if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Section 10Your choices and rights
Whatever state or country you are in, we will honour the following for anyone who asks:
- See it. Ask us what personal information we hold about you and we will tell you.
- Correct it. Tell us something is wrong and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask us to erase your record and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Stop the emails. Unsubscribe from any email, or ask us directly.
- Opt out of ad measurement. Section 11 explains how.
- Take it with you. Ask for a copy of what you gave us in a portable format.
- Object. Tell us you would rather we did not use your information a particular way.
Email info@oztaiconsulting.com with what you want and we will respond within 45 days, usually far sooner. We will not charge you, and we will never treat you differently or withhold a service because you exercised any of these rights.
Residents of Florida, California and other states with privacy statutes may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to appeal if we turn a request down. Write to us and we will explain how. (OZT is a small business and may fall below the thresholds at which some of these statutes apply; we honour the rights above regardless.)
Section 11Our website, cookies and ad measurement
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand which pages people read, and to measure whether our ads are reaching the right businesses. Some of these are set by LinkedIn and Google so that we can see which ads produced an enquiry.
What this means in practice. Those ad-measurement tools pass limited information about your visit — pages viewed, an ad-platform identifier, and whether you submitted a form — back to LinkedIn or Google. Under some state privacy laws this can count as "sharing" data for advertising purposes even though no money changes hands. We do not use it for anything other than measuring and improving our own ads.
How to opt out.
- Refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
- Adjust your ad settings directly on LinkedIn and Google.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. If that changes, we will update this section.
Section 12Children
Our services are for businesses. Our site and our ads are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Section 13Where we operate
OZT is based in Orlando, Florida and works with businesses in Central Florida. Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
Our services and ads are directed to businesses in the United States only, not to people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be handled here, under United States law.
Section 14About our free review
A few things worth stating plainly, so there is no confusion about what you are getting.
The free Visibility & Setup Review is exactly that — a free look at your public online presence, offered for information. It is not a professional, legal, financial or contractual opinion, and receiving one does not make you a client of OZT or create any ongoing obligation on either side.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, ranking, lead volume or revenue result from the review or from anything we suggest in it. Any work we go on to do for you would be governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement — not this policy — would set out what we deliver.
When you submit a form, please only give us information you are entitled to give us. If you are providing details about a business, you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on its behalf, and that we may look at its public website and listings to carry out the review.
Section 15Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business changes or the law does. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we will tell you directly before it takes effect.
Section 16How to reach us
Write to the address below and it reaches the OZT team directly — not a ticket queue. Questions about your own data go to the top of the pile.
